Lambros & Peterson secure win in Xerox Corporate Golf Challenges Kuwait qualifier
Kuwait City, Kuwait, November 2, 2015-- Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge (XCGC) has concluded its 13th certifying round at Kuwait's Sahara Golf & Country Club on Saturday, 31st October.
From a complete field of participants, George Lambros and Dave Peterson became the winners. Joon Ho Bae and Ki Won Yoo took second place, while Wael Al Welayti and Fadia Emadi can be found in at 3rd. All three teams finished the certifying round with a score of 43, and the winners were picked by 'Countback' (a standardised method of choosing the winner of a tied game by awarding it to the individual with the better score in the later part. In this technique, scores in the 'Back 9' then 'Back 6' holes were considered).
On-course competitions consisted of Aramex's Hole 8 Nearest the Pin, claimed by Mike Hewlett, Ecco's Hole 14 Nearest the Pin, won by Meong Ok Cha, Crystal Gallery's Hole 9 longest drive won by Sunny Kim and PWS's Hole 13 Longest Drive claimed by Hyon Kyung.
The top three teams from the Kuwait qualifier join other finalists in the Grand Final which will be kept in Ras Al Khaimah at the end of 2015.
