Huawei introduced its "FOUR NEW" strategy and AI-centric F5.5G all-optical network at the 10th Ultra-Broadband Forum (UBBF 2024), emphasizing its commitment to help global carriers unlock new business opportunities through network and AI integration.

James Chen, President of Huawei's Carrier Business, highlighted the "FOUR NEW" strategy, which includes New Hub, New Services, New Experience, and New Operation. This framework aims to expand market potential, optimize network operations, and enhance service innovation and competitiveness. "Huawei is committed to working with carriers worldwide to create a digital and intelligent future," said Chen.

Bob Chen, President of Huawei’s Optical Business Product Line, introduced the AI-centric F5.5G all-optical network concept to support AI-driven services, which require high bandwidth, low latency, and reliability. This AI-enhanced infrastructure, developed in collaboration with industry partners, aims to accelerate AI adoption through optimized network performance.
