Help AG strengthens Cloud SOC capabilities through deepened partnership with Securonix
Help AG, the cybersecurity arm of e& enterprise and the region’s leading managed security services provider, has announced the renewal and expansion of its long-standing partnership with Securonix, a global leader in AI-powered security information and event management (SIEM). The enhanced collaboration strengthens Help AG’s next-generation Cloud Security Operations Centre (SOC) offering for organisations across the UAE.
The renewed partnership integrates advanced analytics, AI-driven automation, and cloud-scale threat detection into a unified managed service, enabling organisations to address the growing complexity of cloud, hybrid, and distributed digital environments. Through Securonix’s AI-powered platform, Help AG combines SIEM and user and entity behaviour analytics (UEBA) within its managed detection and response services, delivering faster investigations, deeper visibility, and high-fidelity threat detection at scale.
Securonix has recently introduced AI agents designed specifically for SOC teams, capable of automating high-volume Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 workflows while accelerating decision-making across threat detection and response. Help AG has incorporated these agentic automation capabilities into its managed security services portfolio, reinforcing its position as a leader in autonomous, cloud-native security operations.
Dr Aleksandar Valjarevic, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Help AG, said the expanded partnership supports the company’s mission to deliver sovereign cyber defence services across the UAE. He noted that integrating mature, AI-driven SIEM and analytics capabilities into Help AG’s cloud-delivered offerings enhances analyst efficiency and elevates threat detection for clients, while supporting the company’s ambition to deliver the majority of its services in a fully managed format under its “Help AG as a Service” model.
Ajay Biyani, Vice President of Sales for APMEA at Securonix, said the deepened collaboration builds on Help AG’s reputation as one of the Middle East’s most trusted managed security operations providers. He added that combining Securonix’s AI-powered SIEM, UEBA, and automation capabilities enables faster onboarding, more consistent SOC operations, and allows analysts to focus on higher-value investigation and response activities.
Help AG’s regional leadership has been reinforced by its recognition as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Middle East for 2024 and 2025. Securonix has also been recognised as a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for SIEM for six consecutive years, highlighting the strength of the technology underpinning the joint offering.
Through continued joint innovation and a cloud-native approach, Help AG and Securonix aim to support the UAE’s vision for secure digital transformation, helping organisations modernise their SOC environments with confidence.
