Heidrick & Struggles launches Performance Culture to align transformation and business growth

Heidrick & Struggles, a global leadership advisory firm, has announced the launch of Performance Culture, a new consulting solution designed to help organizations align purpose, strategy, culture, and organizational structure to improve business performance and achieve long-term growth.

The new offering combines the company’s established Culture Shaping capabilities with the transformation expertise of businessfourzero, the next-generation consultancy acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2023.

According to the company, Performance Culture is designed to support organizations as they navigate increasingly complex business environments shaped by artificial intelligence, evolving market conditions, operational pressure, and the need for greater organizational agility.

The solution builds on Heidrick & Struggles’ experience working with chief executives and senior leadership teams to improve execution, strengthen organizational alignment, and create sustained business outcomes.

Commenting on the launch, Tom Monahan, Chief Executive Officer of Heidrick & Struggles, said organizations today are managing multiple priorities simultaneously, including AI-driven transformation, margin pressures, and the demand for more adaptable operating models.

He stated that the strongest-performing organizations are those where leadership and culture operate together, enabling businesses to accelerate performance and create long-term competitive advantages.

The company noted that many organizations recognize the importance of workplace culture but often face challenges translating cultural ambitions into practical behaviors that directly support strategic execution and measurable outcomes.

Atif Sheikh, Global Leader of the Performance Culture Center of Excellence and Partner at Heidrick & Struggles’ London office, said culture must move beyond symbolic values and become a set of clearly defined behaviors that strengthen business execution.

He explained that Performance Culture brings together capabilities that have traditionally been managed separately, helping leadership teams develop greater strategic alignment and commitment to achieving profitable growth while preparing for future transformation.

Highlighting regional trends, Dustin Seale, Regional Managing Partner of Consulting for Asia Pacific and the Middle East and Partner in the company’s Dubai office, said organizations across the Middle East are undergoing transformation at an exceptional pace.

He pointed to initiatives such as Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the UAE’s national development agenda as major drivers shaping leadership priorities and accelerating business transformation across the region.

According to Seale, organizations achieving stronger outcomes are increasingly embedding culture directly into their value creation strategies, rather than managing it as an independent initiative.

With the launch of Performance Culture, Heidrick & Struggles aims to provide organizations with a more integrated approach to transformation—connecting leadership, organizational design, and execution to create sustainable business growth in rapidly changing markets.
