Infobip and Digitas Middle East expand strategic partnership to accelerate AI-driven customer engagement
Infobip, the global AI-first cloud communications platform, has announced the expansion of its strategic partnership with Digitas Middle East, the marketing transformation arm of Publicis Groupe, to strengthen AI-powered customer engagement capabilities for global brands.
The partnership will establish a joint service practice built around Infobip’s AgentOS platform, combining Infobip’s communications infrastructure with Publicis Groupe’s expertise in data, artificial intelligence, customer experience strategy, and media transformation.
Supported by a global framework agreement, the collaboration will begin with implementation across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets before broader expansion.
The initiative responds to growing enterprise demand for unified customer engagement models that connect marketing transformation, AI-driven personalization, and real-time business messaging into a seamless customer experience.
Under the partnership structure, Publicis Groupe will continue shaping how global brands connect with consumers across media, commerce, loyalty, and data ecosystems, while Infobip provides the communication technology required to activate those interactions at scale and across multiple digital channels in real time.
The announcement comes as businesses increasingly accelerate investment in intelligent automation and AI-led engagement strategies.
According to Forrester’s State of Customer Obsession Survey 2025, 88% of director-level and senior decision-makers in B2B enterprises reported that they are either adopting or planning to adopt AI agents, reflecting growing momentum behind automated and intelligent customer interaction models.
Commenting on the collaboration, Kareem Monem, Chief Executive Officer of Digitas Middle East & Turkey, said the partnership will support the development of a dedicated team of certified Infobip specialists while integrating Infobip AgentOS capabilities into client engagement programs.
He added that both organizations will jointly create market solutions combining Publicis Groupe’s strengths in data and creativity with Infobip’s real-time communications and AI technologies.
Zeid Shubailat, Sales Director MENA at Infobip, said the collaboration demonstrates how the combination of technology and creativity can deliver stronger outcomes and measurable value for brands across the region.
Meanwhile, Krešo Žmak, Chief Innovation Officer at Infobip, noted that co-creating solutions with strategic partners and leveraging AI at scale will help organizations transform customer engagement models and generate measurable business impact globally.
Through this expanded partnership, Infobip and Digitas Middle East aim to help enterprises create more connected, intelligent, and personalized customer experiences, while supporting digital transformation agendas across multiple markets.
