France strengthens presence at VIVMEA 2025 with largest national pavilion
The United Arab Emirates will host a major French presence at VIV MEA 2025, taking place from November 25 to 27 at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi. A total of 28 French companies will participate, forming the largest national pavilion at the event. Their joint presence aims to highlight France’s growing role as a key partner in supporting agriculture, food security, and livestock development across the Gulf region.
The pavilion will feature companies specialising in animal feed and health, genetics, livestock equipment, and meat production. Through a diverse portfolio of sustainable and innovative solutions, the French delegation seeks to address the increasing needs of Gulf markets, which continue to rely heavily on food imports due to climatic and environmental constraints.
A comprehensive representation of France’s livestock expertise
The French Pavilion will bring together companies covering the entire livestock value chain, including poultry, bovine, and aquaculture sectors. From feed and health solutions to genetics, equipment, slaughtering technologies, and meat production, the delegation stands as a united showcase of France’s technical capabilities and global leadership.
French industry players are recognised for delivering high-quality, technologically advanced solutions tailored to the requirements of Middle Eastern producers. Their participation reinforces France’s position as a trusted agricultural partner for the region.

Supporting Gulf food security and agricultural investment
French agri-food imports to the Gulf grew by 10.6% in 2023, reflecting increasing regional demand. As Gulf countries, including the UAE, continue to invest heavily in food security and livestock development—often backed by sovereign funds—France aims to provide solutions aligned with these strategic priorities.
Through its strong presence at VIV MEA 2025, the French Pavilion will emphasise France’s ability to offer innovative, practical, and locally adapted agricultural solutions that support long-term regional sustainability.
