FPT Partners with Nuummite and e-CENS to Accelerate Enterprise Digital Transformation Across the Middle East and Africa

Global technology corporation FPT has signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Nuummite, a Middle East and Africa (MEA)-based digital transformation and intelligent automation company, to strengthen enterprise technology collaboration across the region.

As part of the partnership, e-CENS will contribute its expertise in data analytics and regional market knowledge, supporting the delivery of customer experience, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud, and digital transformation solutions.

Driving Enterprise AI and Customer Transformation

Under the agreement, the three companies will initially focus on Salesforce-powered customer transformation initiatives and agentic AI technologies, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and integrated cross-cloud solutions covering:

Sales
Customer service
Marketing
Commerce
Analytics

The collaboration will also extend to Adobe and Sitecore digital experience platforms, alongside services in cloud computing, data analytics, AI, and intelligent automation.

The companies aim to create a structured framework for joint business development by combining FPT's global technology delivery capabilities with Nuummite's and e-CENS' regional market expertise.

The agreement expands an existing collaboration between FPT and Nuummite, which began in 2024, into a broader strategic alliance focused on coordinated market expansion, enterprise transformation, and long-term business development across the MEA region.

Kenan Homsi, Regional Vice President of FPT Middle East and Africa, said customer experience, AI, and data are becoming increasingly important in helping organisations achieve measurable business outcomes.

He noted that FPT's CASAN AI maturity framework, FleziPT platform, and AI-enabled workforce position the company to support enterprises in improving operational efficiency, accelerating execution, and creating sustainable business value.

Bashar Hafez, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Nuummite and e-CENS, said successful digital transformation depends on making technology work around customer needs and business priorities rather than simply introducing new technologies.

He added that combining FPT's global delivery capabilities with Nuummite's and e-CENS' regional expertise will enable organisations to implement transformation programmes more efficiently while reducing execution risks.

Expanding FPT's Presence in the Middle East

Since opening its first Middle East office in 2020, FPT has steadily expanded its regional operations across multiple sectors.

The company recently obtained a Regional Headquarters licence for its operations in Saudi Arabia, becoming the first Vietnam-based enterprise authorised to conduct regional operations from the Kingdom.

The partnership with Nuummite and e-CENS represents another step in FPT's regional growth strategy, strengthening its channel partnerships while supporting enterprise customers through local execution, technical expertise, and scalable digital transformation solutions.
