Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square to Reopen Doors on September 1

Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will have visitors back from September 1, 2020, after briefly closing its doors. The Hotel will champion the brand-wide Lead With Care program to reinforce it's now rigorous health and safety measures to ensure the care, faith and support of guests and crew alike upon their arrival.


"The team and I have been enthusiastically anticipating this moment since our doors shut earlier this year. We are thrilled to announce our reopening," says Hotel Manager Jann Kaiser. "These times are unprecedented, and I could not be happier of my colleagues for growing and adapting with ease and finesse to the quickly evolving new normal. I do not doubt that when Ten Trinity Square continues, it will be a secure and exciting place for our guests to reconnect with friends, family and the great City of London."

Upon its reopening, the Hotel will be well-equipped to facilitate guests looking to enjoy everything from a weekend staycation to a long-term stay. Spacious guest rooms, character-filled suites and apartment- styled Residences will offer a variety of options to fit every need.


Physical distancing steps and mask arrangements will be in place in all public areas, and the Hotel will allow the following adjusted services at its outlets: Rotunda Bar and Lounge Rotunda Bar and Lounge, the heart of Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will reopen to guests on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. A la carte breakfast will be available from 7:00 to 11:00 am, along with light refreshments, coffee and tea available throughout the day.

In the evening, Rotunda Bar will come to life with Director of Mixology Harry Nikolaou at the helm. Visitors can experience an comprehensive list of creative cocktails, wine and spirits.

The Runway Afternoon Tea and special tours of Simon Procters beautiful Lagerfeld: The Chanel Shows exposition will begin Friday, September 25, 2020.

The most decorated female chef in the world, Anne-Sophie Pic will resume overseeing her only UK outpost while welcoming a new Chef de Cuisine to the team, Marc Mantovani. For the near future, the restaurant will be open on Thursday to Saturday for lunch from 12:00 noon to 2:15 PM and dinner from 6:00 to 9:30 pm.

Mei Ume

Mei Ume will proceed to offer authentic yet modern Chinese and Japanese cuisine under the guidance of Head Chef Tony Truong upon its reopening in autumn 2020. Spa From September 1, 2020, The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will continue some of its facilities to offer guests a haven of wellness in the heart of the City.

The Spas gym and pool will be open for members and hotel guests only from 8:00 are to 9:00 pm, MondaySunday. The steam and sauna rooms will continue to be closed per government guidelines. Early booking will be needed to use the facilities. Newly designed Private Poolside Suites are also available for booking.
