Family Development Foundation Launches First Edition of ‘Little Inspirers Forum’ Under the Theme ‘Young Ages, Big Dreams’

The Family Development Foundation (FDF) has launched the inaugural edition of the Little Inspirers Forum, running until September 14, with the participation of over 50 children. Under the theme ‘Young Ages, Big Dreams’, the forum aims to promote children's social and creative skills, emphasizing their crucial role in future social development.

The event is aligned with FDF’s broader vision of supporting women, children, and families to foster a sustainable and competitive society. The initiative is a testament to the leadership of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, ‘Mother of the Nation,’ Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union (GWU), and Supreme Chairwoman of FDF, whose commitment to family empowerment is reflected in the forum’s objectives.

H.E. Mariam Al Rumaithi, Director General of FDF, highlighted the forum's focus on enhancing children’s abilities to express themselves constructively and their involvement in community development. The forum also promotes the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to nurture children's creativity and innovative potential.

The forum offers a platform for young talents, aged 10 to 18, to showcase their skills in various fields such as innovation, social intelligence, media, and the arts. The event includes interactive exercises, presentations, and theatrical activities, designed to help children develop positive traits and social engagement.

Wafa Al Ali, Acting Director of the Family Development Department, emphasized the importance of nurturing children’s diverse abilities through the forum, which aims to inspire and encourage their personal growth in literature, media, science, and technology.

The Little Inspirers Forum serves as an avenue for children to contribute to sustainable development, promoting family cohesion, and empowering the next generation of leaders.
