ENOCs Annual Business Excellence Awards Highlight AED69 Million in Savings Through Employee Suggestions
Dubai, UAE; December 06, 2016: Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) hosted Yearly Business Excellence Awards to honour workers for innovative suggestions and payment to attaining new standards in high quality and excellence.
As part of the occasion, 120 staff members were honoured for initiatives that improved operational and business effectiveness, boosted health & security requirements, and enhanced employee spirits. Award classifications consisted of Ideal Monitoring System Representative, Finest Internal High quality Auditor, Best Retail Website and Best HACCP Auditor.
Because its inception, ENOC Innovate, the Group's employee recommendation scheme, received 1,587 suggestions and assisted the Group save over AED69 million with the application of 21 winning suggestions that have added to ENOC's high quality standards.
