ENOC to Showcase Over 70 new Career Opportunities for Nationals at Careers UAE 2017

ENOC Group underlines its commitment to empower young UAE Nationals by offering 70 job chances and on-the-job training programmes, through the company's participation at Careers UAE 2017, on April 9-11, 2017, at the Dubai World Trade Facility, Hall 6, Cubicle No. 6D-3.

ENOC is recruiting young UAE Nationals in core oil and gas specialisations to support the company's growth method. These specialisations include Money, Advertising, HR and Management, Workflow and Maintenance, Engineering, Atmosphere, Health and Safety, High quality and Audit, Consumer Services and Communications.

His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group Chief Executive Officer of ENOC, claimed: "With our participation at Careers UAE we underscore our commitment to achieve the Emiratisation objectives established by the UAE government and sustain the 2021 National Program introduced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to advertise education and job creation for Emiratis.

As part of its commitmen to increasing recognition concerning training and advancement programmes to advance the UAE's talent pool, the Group overhauled its National Development Program in accordance with its emiratisation strategy to include three levels Tatweer, Mawaheb and Imtiaz that purpose to create functional, technological, behavioural and managerial competencies.

TATWEER - Foundational functional competency-based skill structure program for beginning technical personnel, grads and non-technical staff
MAWAHEB - Talent Building' advancement program concentrated on establishing both useful and behavioral competencies
IMTIAZ - 'Future Leaders' program created to further create management proficiency and capacity

In 2016, the Group introduced a Technical Training Programme in collaboration with a number of scholastic institutes consisting of Higher Colleges of Innovation and ADVETI for Emiratis to build their technical competencies. 15 students from ADVETI have efficiently finished the On-Job Training program in March. And 15 trainees will certainly join the operations in December after completing their Technical Training Programme in HCT.
