EMX Partners with Jordanian Consulate to Streamline Document Attestation and Delivery Services
EMX, the Courier, Express, and Parcel (CEP) arm of '7X' (formerly known as Emirates Post Group), has announced a partnership with the General Consulate of Jordan in Dubai. This agreement is set to streamline consular services, focusing on the newly introduced 'Attestation Service,' which enables Jordanian residents to request attestation of personal and commercial documents from the consulate online. EMX will manage the entire process, from document pickup to attestation and delivery.
The agreement was signed during a ceremony at the General Consulate of Jordan in Dubai by H.E. Abdulla Mohammed Alashram, Group CEO of ‘7X,’ and H.E. Asem Ababneh, Consul General of Jordan in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The signing was attended by Tariq Al Wahedi, General Manager of EMX, and key officials from both sides. This collaboration aims to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in document delivery services for Jordanian citizens.
As part of the agreement, EMX has developed an accessible web portal that allows residents across Dubai and the Northern Emirates to request and make online payments for services. The portal also facilitates two-way delivery services to and from their doorstep. Additionally, the partnership will support an end-to-end passport renewal service, collecting passports from residents and returning them after consulate processing.
EMX is committed to providing service users in the country with a smooth and convenient experience, reflecting its dedication to innovative delivery solutions and continuous improvement of service quality across various fields.
