DGHR Receives 2024 ‘Great Place to Work’ Certification

 The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has been awarded the prestigious ‘Great Place to Work’ certification by the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours. This recognition highlights DGHR's dedication to fostering a positive working environment and promoting innovation and excellence among its workforce.

The certification was based on a comprehensive survey assessing the working environment across various institutions in different sectors. The evaluation focused on employee experiences in happiness, trust, belonging, harmony, and career loyalty. The survey results underscore DGHR's commitment to creating a motivating and inclusive work environment, driving innovation, and enhancing career performance.

H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, remarked, “Achieving the ‘Great Place to Work’ certification is a testament to our unwavering commitment to the UAE’s vision and our wise leadership's approach to ensuring happiness, quality of life, health, and occupational and environmental safety in the workplace. The positive survey results reflect DGHR’s efficiency in upholding the highest standards of quality and our dedication to creating an environment that promotes excellence, creativity, and innovation. This recognition also underscores our long-standing efforts to lead the human resources sector and ensure excellence."

DGHR's certification comes as a result of continuous efforts and initiatives to enhance the human resources sector in Dubai. Recently, the department launched several projects aimed at boosting employee efficiency and performance by integrating best industry practices into the government work system.
