Emirates Islamic wins Best Prepaid Card at the sixth annual Prepaid: Middle East Awards

Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, today announced that it had won the Best Prepaid Card in the Region award in the Rewards & Loyalty Innovation category at the Prepaid: Middle East Awards ceremony held recently in Dubai.

The bank was awarded for its Emirates Islamic Union Coop Tamayaz prepaid card, a first of its kind card in the region. The Prepaid: Middle East Awards ceremony was part of the Prepaid Summit Middle East 2015 and was sponsored by Visa. The awards panel received a record number of nominations from over 50 institutions, including entries from the Middle East, Africa and Pakistan.
