Emirates Islamic contributes AED 5 million to Erada Center for Treatment and Rehab
Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic monetary institutions in the UAE, has contributed AED 5 million to Erada Center for Treatment and Rehab, an enterprise tasked with treating substance abuse and addiction.
The contribution, is offered via Emirates Islamic Charity Fund and will be used to equip new outpatient clinics and enlarge the center.
Commenting on the contribution, Salah Amin, Chief Executive Officer at Emirates Islamic, said: We are glad to make contributions to Erada Center for Treatment and Rehab and support this valuable cause, in maintaining with our commitment to humanitarian initiatives. We hope that our contribution will assist the center to give best-in-class rehabilitation and cure to patients in the years to come and construct a healthier and happier society.
Mohammed Falaknaz, Chairman of Erada Center, said We thank Emirates Islamic for their contribution which will be of extraordinary assist to our patients in their recovery. The contribution shall be used for the expansion of the Center. The Center offers addiction treatment and various rehabilitation programs that target to help addiction sufferers fight their addiction and reintegrate in the community.
The Center provides rehabilitation programmes to UAE nationals, helping patients to fight the negative psychological, economic, social and physical effects of substance abuse.
