DataFlow Group, a global provider of Primary Source Verification (PSV) and credential verification solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tadawi Healthcare LLC to enhance credential verification standards for healthcare professionals in the UAE.

The agreement establishes a technology-driven framework under which DataFlow Group will provide end-to-end primary source verification and credentialing services for healthcare practitioners seeking employment with Tadawi Healthcare, supporting faster, more transparent, and compliant hiring processes.

As part of the partnership, Tadawi Healthcare will refer healthcare professionals to DataFlow for a range of verification services, including Premium PSV, VIP Assist, Document Concierge, Licensing and Credentialing Support, Digital Footprint Checks, and Prometric Nursing Exam Training. DataFlow will also introduce a dedicated tracking dashboard, allowing Tadawi Healthcare to monitor application progress and compliance metrics in real time through a customized client portal.

A key element of the collaboration is the launch of a paid Proof of Concept (PoC), enabling both organizations to validate the operational and commercial value of the partnership before expanding the initiative.

Beyond recruitment, the partnership may also support healthcare professionals applying for UAE government recognition programmes, including the UAE Golden Visa, by providing verified credentials that strengthen residency and career opportunities.

The initiative aims to enhance patient safety by ensuring healthcare practitioners joining Tadawi Healthcare possess authentic, verified qualifications. It also simplifies the credentialing process for medical professionals by providing document retrieval, licensing support, and dedicated guidance throughout their verification journey.
