DataFlow Group Partners with Saudi German Health UAE to Enhance Healthcare Workforce Credentialing
DataFlow Group has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Saudi German Health (SGH) UAE to strengthen healthcare workforce credentialing and streamline the verification process for medical professionals across the UAE.
The agreement positions DataFlow Group as the designated Primary Source Verification (PSV) partner for healthcare practitioners referred by Saudi German Health, supporting regulatory compliance while reinforcing patient safety and trust in the healthcare sector.
The MoU was signed on July 22, 2026, at Saudi German Hospital Dubai, marking a significant step toward improving the integrity and efficiency of healthcare recruitment in the UAE.
Comprehensive Verification Services
Under the partnership, healthcare professionals joining Saudi German Health will gain access to DataFlow's full suite of credential verification services, including:
- Premium Primary Source Verification (PSV)
- VIP Assist
- Document Concierge
- Licensing and Credentialing Support
- Digital Footprint Checks
- Prometric Nursing Exam Training
The services are designed to ensure compliance with the requirements of the UAE's healthcare regulatory authorities while simplifying the onboarding process for qualified professionals.
The collaboration also extends support for UAE Golden Visa applications where applicable and introduces a dedicated VIP Service Desk for DataFlow employees at Saudi German Health facilities.
Strengthening Patient Safety
Beyond regulatory compliance, both organizations said the partnership aims to strengthen patient safety by ensuring that healthcare professionals possess fully authenticated qualifications before joining Saudi German Health's hospitals and clinics.
By conducting rigorous primary source verification of academic qualifications, professional licenses and employment histories, the initiative seeks to enhance public confidence in healthcare services across the UAE.

Supporting Faster Healthcare Recruitment
Saudi German Health, one of the Arab world's largest private healthcare networks, will also benefit from faster onboarding through DataFlow's digital verification platform.
As part of the agreement, DataFlow will assign a dedicated point of contact for Saudi German Health and provide access to its client portal, enabling real-time tracking of verification applications and performance indicators.
The initial agreement is valid for 12 months, with an option for renewal by mutual consent.
