EDGE Strengthens Strategic Partnership with ELT Group at Italy-UAE Entrepreneurial Forum

EDGE Group has reinforced its collaboration with ELT Group through the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) during the Italy-UAE Entrepreneurial Forum. The agreement marks a significant step in advancing technological innovation in the defense sector.

The signing took place in the presence of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, highlighting the strong bilateral commitment to enhancing security and defense capabilities. This milestone reflects the shared vision of EDGE and ELT Group to leverage advanced technology and defense solutions in addressing global security challenges.

The collaboration between EDGE and ELT Group has progressed through multiple strategic initiatives. The most recent Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed during IDEX 2025 in Abu Dhabi, sets the foundation for a joint venture focusing on multi-domain electronic defense, marking the next phase of their partnership.
