AG&P Industrial Breaks Ground on 85-Hectare Module Fabrication Yard in the Philippines

AG&P Industrial (Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company of Manila, Inc.) has officially broken ground on a new 85-hectare module fabrication yard in San Pascual, Batangas, marking a major expansion of its global engineering and manufacturing capabilities.

The state-of-the-art facility, inaugurated on July 24, 2026, is designed to support the growing demand for plug-and-play modular solutions across the energy, power, refining, chemicals, digital infrastructure, and industrial sectors. The project is expected to strengthen global supply chains while reducing carbon emissions, optimizing costs, and accelerating project delivery.

Facility to Deliver 80,000 Metric Tons of Fabrication Annually

The new fabrication yard will have an annual production capacity of 80,000 metric tons, enabling AG&P Industrial to execute large-scale modular infrastructure projects worldwide.

The company said the facility has been purpose-built to manufacture standard-to-high-precision modules for industries including liquefied natural gas (LNG), petroleum, renewable fuels, power generation, refining, chemicals, and digital infrastructure.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by AG&P Industrial's senior leadership and local government officials.

Supporting the Company's Next Growth Phase

For more than 40 years, AG&P Industrial's Bauan Heavy Fabrication Yard in Batangas has served as the company's primary manufacturing hub, delivering complex industrial and modular infrastructure projects globally.

With the Bauan site now playing a key role in the Philippines' national infrastructure development, the company said relocating operations to the larger San Pascual facility aligns with its long-term growth strategy and increasing global project requirements.

Advanced Technology to Improve Efficiency

The new manufacturing complex will incorporate Modstruction™, AG&P Industrial's proprietary construction methodology that shifts traditional on-site construction into a controlled fabrication environment.
