EDGE Group’s KATIM, a leading provider of highly secure communications and data protection solutions, has announced a strategic collaboration with E& Emirates, the telecommunications arm of E&, to strengthen secure and resilient communications technology.

The agreement was signed during the International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) 2025, held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), highlighting the commitment of both companies to advancing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

Under the partnership, the two companies will collaborate on enhancing secure communications by developing and integrating the KATIM X3M ultra-secure smartphone, utilizing KATIM Gateways to strengthen data protection, and implementing the KATIM X4 secure app to enable encrypted communication capabilities.

Didier Bagnaud, CEO of KATIM, stated that as the digital landscape continues to evolve, the need for secure and resilient communications solutions is more important than ever. He emphasized that the collaboration with E& Emirates allows the company to push the boundaries of cybersecurity and provide the next generation of encryption technology that ensures complete data integrity for everyone.

Attendees at IDEX 2025 can visit EDGE and its portfolio of companies at Stand C20 in Hall 5 and Outdoor Stand CP-270 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre until February 21, 2025.
