The CIPS Procurement Excellence Programme is one of the industry's most respected organisational assessments, providing an independent evaluation of procurement capabilities against internationally recognised standards. The programme enables organisations to benchmark performance, identify areas for improvement, and establish a roadmap for long-term procurement excellence.
Through the assessment, e& has further strengthened its procurement function by enhancing its strategic approach to governance, supplier collaboration, risk management, and long-term value creation.
