Dubai Government Human Resources Department concludes participation in Ru’ya Careers 2025

The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has successfully concluded its participation in the 24th edition of Ru’ya Careers UAE, held from September 23 to 25, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Organized under the theme ‘Future Tributaries’, the event saw strong participation from both government and private sector entities.

DGHR’s participation reflects its commitment to anticipating the future of jobs amid the rapid transformations of the global labour market, driven by artificial intelligence and emerging technological innovations. The department emphasized the importance of equipping national talents with advanced digital skills to enhance their competitiveness and readiness for the future. This aligns with the UAE’s long-term vision of fostering an innovative, knowledge-based economy driven by youth and sustainability.

As part of its efforts, DGHR hosted a dedicated stand featuring interactive workshops, mentorship sessions, and cooperation agreements with participating organizations. These initiatives aimed to strengthen relationships, expand pathways for career empowerment, and certify national competencies for the evolving labour market. Senior officials and dignitaries also visited the stand to explore innovative projects and high-quality services on display.

A notable feature of this year’s edition was a dedicated space for the inclusive employment of People of Determination, underscoring DGHR’s commitment to promoting equal opportunities and fostering an inclusive work environment in Dubai.

DGHR highlighted its vision of empowering Emirati professionals to contribute to vital national sectors such as technology, innovation, sustainability, healthcare, and education. The department reaffirmed its role as a key driver of human capital development, ensuring that national talents are prepared to innovate and compete in the global knowledge economy.
