The Emirati Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC) has announced the pilot launch of the ‘Emirati Smart Human Resource Platform’, an advanced AI-powered system designed to connect Emirati talent with job opportunities and training programs transparently and reliably.

A comprehensive employment ecosystem

The new platform introduces a pioneering digital ecosystem aimed at enhancing recruitment efficiency and increasing Emirati participation in key economic sectors. It functions as an integrated tool for recruitment management and skills development, offering automated job recommendations and tailored training programs aligned with individual qualifications and evolving labour market needs.

Beyond job matching, the platform also strengthens governance by monitoring the transparency and efficiency of recruiting entities in processing job applications. Employers and government bodies can access interactive dashboards and real-time reports to track performance and responsiveness levels.

Abdulaziz Essa Al Falahi, General Supervisor of Employment Operations at EHRDC, emphasized the platform’s importance in shaping the UAE’s future workforce.

“The platform marks a major advancement in the mission to empower Emirati talent and broaden their career prospects. It integrates cutting-edge digital innovations with transparent governance mechanisms to offer promising opportunities for Emirati youth. This aligns with the UAE Centennial 2071 vision and the strategic goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33),” Al Falahi said.

He further noted that the platform is more than a recruitment tool, describing it as a comprehensive strategic system that empowers Emiratis to contribute to critical sectors driving sustainable economic growth.

“Leveraging the latest AI technologies, this platform will serve as a vital bridge, connecting citizens with job and training opportunities in a fast and transparent manner. It reflects our leadership’s vision of investing in national capabilities and building an integrated system that enhances Emirati human capital,” Al Falahi added.
