The service is currently being rolled out in phases to selected registered users before becoming available to a wider customer base, ensuring a smooth loan application and approval process.

According to du Pay, customers can:

The launch marks du Pay's expansion beyond digital payments and money transfers into broader financial services designed to address the everyday needs of UAE residents.

The company said Flexi Cash Loan is intended to support individuals who may have limited access to conventional banking products, including:
