The agreement was signed during the U.S.-Iraq Business Summit at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on July 17, 2026, coinciding with the official U.S. visit of Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi. The summit resulted in more than 50 agreements worth over $60 billion, highlighting growing economic cooperation between the United States and Iraq.

Under the agreement, T964 will work alongside Uptime Institute to promote internationally recognized data center standards, strengthen professional capacity building, and support the development of resilient digital infrastructure across Iraq.
