Digital Dubai Highlights the Importance of Participation in Dubai Economic Survey
Digital Dubai has emphasized the significance of participating in the Dubai Economic Survey, conducted by the Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment, under the Digital Dubai umbrella. The survey monitors the performance of various business sectors and measures the development of economic activities across the emirate, aiding in the formation of strategic decisions for Dubai's economic future. It plays a crucial role in supporting the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) by providing updated databases and performance indicators.
Younus Al Nasser, CEO of Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment, stated: “The survey results offer decision-makers a detailed and realistic view of the economy's performance, providing essential data for shaping strategic plans based on facts.” He further praised the business sector's pivotal role in driving Dubai’s economic success and called for active participation in the survey, which fosters public-private collaboration.
This year's survey covers an extensive range of industries, from financial services to technology, healthcare, and agriculture. It also focuses on small and medium enterprises (SMEs), assessing their economic contributions. Importantly, the survey ensures the protection of all data collected under Law No. 24 of 2023, which guarantees privacy for individuals and organizations.
The Dubai Economic Survey 2024 delivers comprehensive insights into value-added production, capital formation, and workforce compensation, critical for shaping Dubai's prosperous future.
