Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) won 6 awards during the 19th Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP). DEWA received awards in the categories of Distinguished Government Entity, Financially Distinguished Performance, Distinguished Entity in Government Communications, Distinguished Creative Idea, and Distinguished Technical/Engineering Employee, and the Unknown Soldier award. HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, thanked the vision and directives of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and stressed that due to the fact that of this vision, DEWA will continue to achieve success with its ambitious initiatives, development projects, and ongoing efforts to be at the forefront by adopting the greatest global standards, in line with its vision to end up being a sustainable innovative world-class energy.
