The Ministry of Climate Change and Environment has actually opened an environmental library to the public at its head office in Dubai in response to the Year of Reading 2016 initiative launched by H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, and in support of the upcoming World Book Day celebration on April 23, 2016.
