The leading UAE-based facilities management provider, ServeU along with Emirates Post Group (EPG) have won the Client-Contractor Partnership Award from Innovation in Facilities Management Awards 2021.

This award is a result of the collaboration signed between both parties, allowing ServeU to extend its wide array of services to make sure a clean, safe, and secure environment for EPGs employees and stakeholders. The partnership was introduced to the public on January 2021 to provide complete facilities management services to EPG's full portfolio across all seven emirates, and ServeU has achieved over 90 per cent customer satisfaction ratings since then.

Keeping ahead its scope of services, ServeU went fully digital where maintenance, disinfection, and reactive tasks are being run through its smart system in compliance with the governments health protocol and standards. The company has made use of its Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system in managing EPG facilities and provided the site team with personal digital assistants (PDA) for real-time updates of their routines and tasks.
