Carrefour opens 5,000 square metre fulfilment centre with Majid Al Futtaim

The centre was integrated in 5 weeks in reaction to the exponential growth in online purchasing following the COVID-19 pandemic.

It handles as much as 3,000 daily orders, which will slowly increase to 5,000 requests per day, and is operational 24/7.

The centre is staffed by over 250 colleagues, meeting clients' demands with a variety of over 8,000 essential grocery store items.
