Azizi Developments and Unigulf Development Forge Partnership for Major Dubai Projects
Azizi Developments, a premier private developer, has officially partnered with UAE-based Unigulf Development. This collaboration will see the supply of top-tier soft thermal insulation materials for Azizi Venice, a mixed-use development in Dubai South, and the fourth phase of the expansive Riviera project located in the heart of Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City.
Established in 1998, Unigulf Development LLC is a prominent player in sustainable solutions across various sectors, including renewable energy, green IT, and sustainable agriculture. The company has transitioned from biomass technologies to innovative energy solutions, such as a patented system for converting mechanical movement into electricity. Unigulf Development also addresses water scarcity and promotes sustainable farming, emphasizing community engagement and robust corporate governance to support a greener future.

Azizi Venice will feature over 30,000 residential units spread across approximately 100 apartment complexes, along with more than 400 luxury villas and mansions. As the master developer, Azizi Developments will oversee the construction of buildings, roads, and all necessary infrastructure.
A key highlight of Azizi Venice is its luxurious, pedestrian-friendly boulevard. This area will be open-air during the winter and glass-covered in the summer, providing a temperature-controlled space for year-round activities and visitors. The boulevard will be lined with three-story buildings hosting top global retailers, nightlife and entertainment options, and a diverse array of eateries. Another major attraction within Azizi Venice is Azizi Opera, a state-of-the-art venue for cultural and community events, situated at the heart of the boulevard.
Riviera, part of Azizi Developments’ award-winning portfolio, is a stylish waterfront lifestyle destination featuring 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences. The project aims to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai, encapsulating a ‘joie de vivre’—a celebration of life and spirit. Riviera will comprise three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk along a 2.7 km-long swimmable crystal lagoon with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins, a vast, lush-green social space.
