Azizi Developments has partnered with Doka to advance construction of Burj Azizi Car Park Building 1, a key infrastructure component supporting the landmark Burj Azizi, set to become the world’s second-tallest tower.

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 14-storey parking facility is being developed as part of a broader vision to create a seamless, high-end urban experience surrounding the iconic skyscraper.

Engineering Innovation In A Space-Constrained Environment

The project stands out for its complex urban setting, where limited space requires highly efficient construction methods. Doka has implemented a just-in-time delivery model, supplying pre-assembled components precisely when needed, eliminating the need for on-site storage.
