 Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced the near completion of its premium condominium project, Amber, located in Dubai’s rapidly growing Al Furjan area. With construction now 97% complete, Amber is set to be finished by the third quarter of 2024. The project offers a mix of studios, and one, two, and three-bedroom residences.

Significant progress has been made in various aspects of Amber’s construction. The structure, blockwork, internal plastering, MEP, and HVAC systems are fully completed, as are the tiling, swimming pool, and elevator installations. The external and façade works are 90% and 98% complete, respectively, with overall finishes at 98%. The workforce on-site has grown to 190 workers.
