Azizi Developments advances IT transformation with expanded SAP rollout and CRM enhancements
Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, is accelerating its digital transformation through the expansion of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) across Azizi Group entities, enhancements to its Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform, upgrades to telecom systems, and continued development of its centralized data center infrastructure.
The initiatives reflect the company’s focus on improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, business continuity, and service quality across its operations.
SAP ERP, the world’s largest enterprise resource planning platform, is being rolled out across additional Azizi Group entities, including development, manufacturing, and facilities and asset management. The deployment is aimed at strengthening systems and internal controls by enabling integrated data management, standardized processes, and real-time operational visibility across functions.
Once fully implemented, SAP is expected to operate as a unified platform across Azizi Group, supporting faster month-end and year-end financial closing, improved reporting accuracy, and more efficient intercompany reconciliation. Standardisation across finance, procurement, and sales functions is also expected to enhance internal controls while preserving the flexibility needed to support business expansion. The transformation is projected to reduce operational costs, enable quicker rollout of new group entities, support faster strategic decision-making, and facilitate earlier identification of underperforming operations.
Alongside the ERP rollout, Azizi Developments has upgraded its Avaya telecom system, transitioning away from physical cabling and desk phones. The move improves flexibility and reliability in internal communications while supporting sustainability objectives by reducing hardware usage and electronic waste.
The developer is also continuing to enhance its centralized data center infrastructure, consolidating systems to ensure seamless connectivity, redundancy, and high availability across corporate and project operations. This centralized approach strengthens business continuity and system resilience, ensuring critical applications remain accessible with minimal disruption.
In parallel, enhancements to Azizi Developments’ Salesforce CRM platform are further streamlining customer engagement and payment processes. New features include the onboarding of retention teams to support successful first payments, automated reminders for due, overdue, and advance collections, and the integration of secure credit-card payment links across sales, retention, and collections functions. These upgrades enable more efficient electronic payment options for existing customers as well as end-of-interest transactions.
Additional digital initiatives underway include planned SAP integrations with banking partners to improve vendor payment planning and bank reconciliation, the rollout of a vendor portal to automate supplier onboarding, integration of production software with SAP, and the implementation of paperless workflows to reduce manual processes.
Commenting on the initiatives, Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said the company’s digital transformation programme continues to play a key role in strengthening efficiency, transparency, and operational consistency across the group. He added that the expansion of SAP, ongoing CRM enhancements, and continued investment in centralized infrastructure are reinforcing internal capabilities and enabling more informed decision-making.
Through these initiatives, Azizi Developments continues to strengthen its technology foundation, operational excellence, and long-term contribution to the sustainable growth of Dubai’s real estate sector.
Azizi Developments’ Sales Gallery is located on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.
