AtkinsRéalis and ICE Launch ‘Beyond Engineering’ Lecture Series in the Middle East
AtkinsRéalis (TSX: ATRL), a global leader in engineering services and nuclear solutions, has partnered with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) to introduce the ‘Beyond Engineering’ lecture series in the Middle East. The initiative aims to foster knowledge exchange, encourage collaboration among industry professionals and academia, and address key challenges in the engineering sector.
The lecture series comprises four sessions, each focusing on market-specific insights and innovative approaches to engineering challenges. The discussions will explore digitization, artificial intelligence (AI), decarbonization, and sustainability, while also emphasizing skills development for building resilient infrastructure in the built environment, transportation, and energy sectors.
Inaugural Lecture Highlights Industry Challenges and Opportunities
The first lecture, titled ‘Engineering Excellence 2025: Navigating Challenges, Creating Opportunities,’ was held at AtkinsRéalis’ headquarters in Dubai. The event featured a panel discussion with industry leaders, experts, and young professionals, offering insights into the evolving engineering landscape in the region.
