Ardee Breaks Ground on AED 2 Billion Fairmont Residences and Hotel on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah

Flagship beachfront development marks the first phase of Ardee’s 5.6 million sq. ft. masterplan for modern coastal living

Ardee, the UAE-based real estate developer redefining contemporary waterfront living, has officially broken ground on the AED 2 billion Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island & Fairmont Al Marjan Island Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. The landmark ceremony marks the beginning of construction on one of the emirate’s most anticipated luxury beachfront developments, setting a new benchmark for design, lifestyle, and quality on Al Marjan Island.

Following the completion of enabling works, piling operations have commenced across nearly 1.2 million sq. ft. of gross floor area (GFA). The milestone marks a major step forward in the project’s timeline, with piling scheduled for completion by April 2026, followed by main construction.

Flagship Development in Ardee’s 5.6 Million Sq. Ft. Masterplan

The project, featuring 519 branded residences and townhouses, four signature sea villas, and an integrated 250-key Fairmont hotel, will be completed in 2028.
