Al Zorah Development Company, a strategic partnership between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, has announced a major collaboration with luxury hospitality brand Four Seasons to open a new beachfront resort in Al Zorah, Ajman, set to launch in 2026.

The new Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah will undergo extensive upgrades to transform the existing property into a premier luxury destination. The development will include 23 private villas and 74 rooms and suites, each offering private terraces with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Located just 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the resort is designed to deliver a harmonious blend of modern comfort and natural serenity.

George Saad, CEO of Al Zorah Development Company, highlighted that this project aims to elevate Ajman’s status as a luxury tourism hub. “This collaboration with Four Seasons gives us the opportunity to showcase Ajman's unique cultural identity while aligning with global standards of luxury,” said Saad.

Bart Carnahan, President of Global Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Residential at Four Seasons, expressed excitement about expanding the brand's footprint in the UAE. He emphasized that the partnership with Al Zorah is part of the brand's commitment to delivering world-class hospitality across unique destinations.

The resort’s design will feature contemporary architecture, lush landscaped gardens, and a variety of amenities to cater to both adults and families. Highlights include:

• Luxurious spa facilities

• A spectacular 280-foot (85-meter) infinity pool, with designated areas for adults and children
