Addleshaw Goddard advises shareholders of Transcorp International on strategic acquisition by Green Dome Investments

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised the shareholders of Transcorp InternationalMr. Rodrigue Nacouzi and CE Ventures Limited (a subsidiary of Crescent Enterprises) — on the sale of their shareholding interests in Transcorp to Elite Co., a logistics platform owned by Green Dome Investments.

The transaction, expected to be completed in the coming weeks, marks a major step in regional logistics consolidation. Following the acquisition, Elite Co. and Transcorp will jointly manage a combined fleet of over 1,500 vehicles and 27 warehouses, serving more than 800 clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

Transcorp International, a UAE-based cold-chain logistics specialist, operates in over 50 major cities across the Gulf region, providing temperature-controlled logistics solutions to clients in diverse sectors including food, retail, and pharmaceuticals.
