ADCB Achieves 100% Emiratisation Across Al Ain Branches, Setting a Benchmark in UAE Banking
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has achieved a milestone in the UAE banking sector by fully localizing its workforce across all branches in Al Ain. With 100% of its banking roles staffed by UAE nationals, the bank underscores its dedication to nurturing Emirati talent and contributing to the UAE’s national agenda.
This achievement positions ADCB as a leader in Emiratisation, with approximately 300 UAE nationals currently employed in skilled roles across departments such as Islamic Banking, Corporate Banking, Cash Management, Operations, and Wealth Management.
Commitment to Emiratisation
- Future Growth: ADCB plans to create 300 additional positions for UAE nationals in Al Ain by 2026.
- Talent Development: Supported by targeted training programs and structured career paths, the Emirati workforce at Al Ain boasts an average tenure of nine years.
- Youth Empowerment: Over 41% of Emirati employees are under 30 years old, reflecting ADCB’s commitment to fostering young talent.
