7X Showcases Emirati Art at Sikka 25, Bridging the Past and Present

7X is making a significant contribution to the ‘Sikka 25’ art and design festival, which is currently taking place in the historic Al Shindagha district until February 9, 2025. The group’s participation is a testament to its dedication to engaging in social and cultural initiatives that celebrate the UAE’s rich heritage and ongoing progress, while also promoting local talent.

Aligned with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, who declared 2025 as the ‘Year of Community,’ 7X’s involvement reinforces its commitment to strengthening community connections, empowering youth, and playing an active role in shaping the UAE’s cultural future.

At the festival, the 7X House (348) has captured the spotlight with its exceptional blend of heritage and modernity, embodying the nation’s transformative journey from the past to the present. The house features contemporary artworks by a dynamic group of young Emirati artists, including Abdallah Al Astad, Hessa Alzarooni, Mariam Alobeidli, Aisha AlMadhani, and Hind Rais. These art pieces vividly reflect 7X’s vision of enabling a world in motion, offering a powerful artistic narrative that celebrates the evolution of Emirati identity through the years.

Through this participation, 7X continues to play a pivotal role in the cultural landscape of the UAE, creating an immersive artistic experience that highlights the dynamic fusion of tradition and innovation.
