Vision Developments breaks ground on SERA GARDENS in Dubai Production City
Vision Developments has officially commenced construction of SERA GARDENS by Vision in Dubai Production City, marking another milestone in the developer’s expanding residential portfolio in Dubai.
The groundbreaking ceremony, held in October 2026, brought together the company’s leadership, project partners and key stakeholders to mark the start of construction.
Launched in May 2026, SERA GARDENS is Vision Developments’ third project in Dubai Production City, following two earlier developments in the area that have both sold out. The company said its most recent project, VISTA by Vision, sold out in less than seven hours, generating more than Dh350 million in sales and setting a new sales record for the developer.
SERA GARDENS to feature 246 apartments
SERA GARDENS is a residential development comprising a ground floor, podium, eight residential floors and a rooftop level. The project will feature 246 apartments, including studios, one- and two-bedroom units, and three- and four-bedroom duplexes.
The development is designed around contemporary community living, with amenities including a swimming pool, gym, cinema, children's play areas, barbecue facilities, gaming spaces and a garden lounge.
Apartments will incorporate smart-home technology, including smart thermostats and smart door locks. The project will also offer views towards the green spaces of Jumeirah Golf Estates.
Eng. Masoud Al Zarooni, co-founder and CEO of Vision Developments, said the groundbreaking marked an important step in the company’s growth.
“Our presence in Dubai Production City has been met with strong market demand, and with SERA GARDENS, our focus now turns to execution — delivering the quality, design and commitment our customers expect from VISION,” he said.
Developer expands Dubai project pipeline
The commencement of construction reflects Vision Developments’ focus on advancing projects from launch into active construction while expanding its development pipeline across Dubai.
According to the company, its portfolio includes seven projects under construction and five in the handover phase. Two projects in the handover phase have already been handed over this year.
The developer said it remains focused on quality, timely delivery and creating residential developments intended to offer long-term value to residents and investors.
With construction now underway, SERA GARDENS adds to Vision Developments’ growing presence in Dubai Production City.
