Industry leaders from healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, and digital transformation gathered in Dubai for the UAE’s Next MasterMind Awards & Conference 2025, an event recognising professionals advancing innovation and excellence across multiple sectors.

The ceremony was held at Crowne Plaza Dubai and brought together senior executives, medical experts, wellness professionals, and technology innovators. Established in 2013, the MasterMind platform has built a reputation for highlighting individuals and organisations contributing to industry growth and social awareness.

This year’s edition aligned with the global Movember initiative, placing a strong emphasis on men’s health and holistic wellbeing. The conference focused on the evolving role of technology in healthcare and wellness, alongside discussions on innovation, leadership, and sustainable impact.

The event was led by Founder Dr. Mansoor Al Obeidli and Co-Founder Dr. Navana Kundu, who highlighted the importance of recognising achievements that drive regional and global progress.

Distinguished guests included Fakhar Siddiqui, CEO; Dr. Hussain Binsumida, Director of Investment from the Office of Sheikh Ahmed Obaid Al Maktoum; Nesbert Milton, Charge d’Affaires at the Mozambique Consulate in Dubai; and Henry Zvakaramba, Minister Counsellor at the Zimbabwe Consulate in Dubai. The conference also marked the official launch of the “MasterMind Unfiltered” podcast, introduced as a new regional platform for industry dialogue and knowledge sharing.
