Turkish Airlines has expanded its Southern Europe network with the launch of direct flights to Seville, one of Spain’s most prominent tourism and cultural hubs. With this addition, Seville becomes the airline’s sixth Spanish destination, joining Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, and Bilbao.
Strengthening tourism and trade
The new route underscores Turkish Airlines’ strategy of enhancing global connectivity through its Istanbul hub, which serves as a bridge between continents.
Prof. Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee at Turkish Airlines, said: “We are delighted to offer our passengers a new travel option with the launch of our Seville flights. We believe these flights to one of Spain’s oldest settlements will create new opportunities for both tourism and business, while further expanding trade and tourism capacity across the region. Through our uniquely located home base in Istanbul, we will continue bridging cultures and continents around the world.”

Known as the heart of Andalusia, Seville is celebrated for its rich cultural heritage, stretching from ancient civilizations to the Umayyad era. Its renowned architecture, historic landmarks, and Andalusian cuisine make it one of Spain’s most attractive destinations for global travelers.
Flight schedule
Starting 17 September 2025, Turkish Airlines will operate daily flights between Istanbul Airport and Seville Airport, offering passengers more travel alternatives and greater regional connectivity.
The launch highlights Turkish Airlines’ ongoing commitment to expanding its international footprint while contributing to tourism growth in Spain and strengthening business ties between the two countries.
