Sweid & Sweid Partners with The Executive Centre to Launch Premium Flexible Workspace at Sweid One in DMCC

Dubai-based real estate development and investment firm Sweid & Sweid has signed an agreement with The Executive Centre (TEC) to operate more than 53,000 square feet of premium flexible workspace at Sweid One, a Grade A commercial development located in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) within the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre free zone.

The partnership marks TEC’s entry into DMCC and strengthens its presence across the UAE’s key commercial hubs. The company currently operates premium workspace facilities at locations including Dubai World Trade Centre, One Za’abeel, and Abu Dhabi Global Market.

Under the agreement, TEC will occupy two full floors within Sweid One, creating a premium flexible workspace destination featuring private offices, collaborative workspaces, executive meeting suites, boardrooms, and event facilities. The centre will also provide dedicated on-site support teams and enterprise-grade infrastructure, allowing businesses to scale operations efficiently while benefiting from flexible leasing options.

The new facility is designed to address growing demand for agile and hospitality-led workspaces that combine operational flexibility with high-quality workplace experiences in strategically located business districts.

Sweid One, located in the heart of JLT, spans approximately one million square feet of built-up area, including around 500,000 square feet of Grade A office space. The development has been designed to meet international architectural and sustainability standards, featuring large floor plates, four-metre floor-to-floor heights, energy-efficient HVAC systems, solar-efficient glazing, and LEED-aligned sustainability specifications.

The project will also offer a comprehensive amenity package, including outlets such as Boon Coffee and The Kitchen by Spinneys Food Hall, alongside a premium restaurant with an outdoor terrace that will be announced at a later date.

Situated within one of Dubai’s most active business communities, Sweid One provides direct access to hundreds of restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and convenience stores. The development also offers connectivity to Sheikh Zayed Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and two Dubai Metro stations, while benefiting from DMCC’s status as one of the world’s leading free zones with more than 25,000 registered companies.

Commenting on the partnership, Maher Sweid, Managing Partner of Sweid & Sweid, said the agreement reflects changing commercial real estate requirements, with businesses increasingly seeking high-quality assets that can adapt to different stages of growth.
