Eng. Ali Al Kuwari, Chief Executive Officer of Msheireb Properties, has been recognised with two prestigious Real Estate CEO of the Year awards, earning simultaneous honours from the Gulf Business Real Estate Awards and the Real Estate Asia Awards.

The achievement makes Al Kuwari one of the few real estate executives to receive the top leadership accolade across both the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the Asia-Pacific region in the same year.

Leadership Recognised Across Two Regions

At the inaugural Gulf Business Real Estate Awards, held in the UAE, Al Kuwari was named Real Estate CEO of the Year in recognition of his leadership in advancing sustainable urban development and innovation across Qatar's real estate sector. The awards celebrate excellence across 35 categories, honouring leading developers, projects, and industry professionals throughout the GCC.

He also received the same honour at the Real Estate Asia Awards gala in Singapore, which recognises developers, projects, and business leaders shaping the future of the built environment across Asia through innovation, resilience, and operational excellence.

The dual recognition highlights the growing international profile of Msheireb Properties under Al Kuwari's leadership and reflects the company's contribution to sustainable, people-centred urban development across two of the world's most competitive real estate markets.

The company has gained international recognition through landmark developments such as Msheireb Downtown Doha and Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som, while also establishing strategic partnerships with organisations including Cundall, Ooredoo, and MEEZA.

Company Receives Two Additional Industry Awards
