Founded in 1995, Derby Group is a prominent business solutions provider headquartered in the UAE. Derby Group is the preferred partner for numerous major corporate, government, and semi-government entities in the country, excelling in staff outsourcing with over 5,000 skilled white-collar employees deployed across the banking, financial services, and government sectors. Additionally, Derby has established a significant presence in sales outsourcing, providing comprehensive support and enhancing performance for Sirius’s government-focused subsidiaries.

The acquisition will allow Sirius to strengthen its portfolio across several new business areas, paving the way for further market and business expansion opportunities. By integrating Derby’s resources, Sirius will enhance its capabilities across its subsidiaries involved in digital and governmental transformation worldwide.
