Dar Global, the renowned luxury international real estate developer, has unveiled the Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences at its breathtaking AIDA project in Oman. This $500 million venture marks a significant advancement in opulent living and hospitality, positioning AIDA as one of the largest premium mixed-use real estate developments in the world.

The Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences in AIDA, Oman, features a 5-star luxury hotel with 140 keys, hanging suites, furnished villas and apartments serviced by the hotel, an 18-hole Championship golf course, a members-only club, and the Cliff Hanging Night Club. Scheduled to open in December 2028, the resort promises guests complimentary private beach access.

Developed in collaboration with the Trump Organization and as a joint venture with Omran Group, the executive arm of the Sultanate of Oman for tourism development, the AIDA project is perched on a hilltop over 100 meters high. It is surrounded by rocky canyons, endless beaches, and stunning panoramas.
