Arada Unveils 100 Avenue Road Residential Development in London’s Swiss Cottage
Arada has announced the pre-launch of 100 Avenue Road, a new premium residential development in Swiss Cottage, North West London, marking the company’s first residential project in the UK capital following its acquisition of Regal, now operating as Arada London, in September 2025.
The project introduces 172 contemporary residences, offering a mix of Manhattan-style, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments designed to combine luxury living with connectivity and urban convenience. Construction is already under way, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
Positioned in one of London’s most established residential districts, the development sits close to major cultural, historic and lifestyle destinations including Regent’s Park, Hampstead Heath, Hampstead Village, Primrose Hill and Lord’s Cricket Ground.
Arada Group CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi said the project represents a rare opportunity to invest in a well-connected London neighbourhood where large-scale new developments remain limited.
Located directly above London Underground’s Swiss Cottage station, the development offers direct access to central London via the Jubilee line, with convenient links to major academic and business destinations including London School of Economics, Imperial College London, and King's College London, alongside business centres such as Canary Wharf.
Apartment sizes will range from approximately 422 sq ft to 957 sq ft, with each residence featuring a private balcony overlooking the London skyline. Homes will be offered on a 999-year leasehold basis and designed by Arada London’s in-house team with a focus on contemporary finishes and premium detailing.
Interior specifications include herringbone oak flooring, underfloor heating, bespoke porcelain finishes, ambient bathroom lighting, and fully fitted kitchens featuring premium stone worktops, integrated appliances, wine coolers, and washer-dryers.
A strong emphasis has also been placed on wellness and lifestyle amenities. Residents will have access to a swimming pool with vitality spa, sauna, steam room, treatment rooms, a fully equipped gym, Technogym Visio Studio, and a dedicated Reformer Pilates studio.
Additional facilities include a 24-hour concierge service, residents’ lounge and library, private dining spaces, cinema facilities, and a virtual golf simulator, creating a comprehensive residential experience.
Arada London currently manages a development pipeline of more than 17,000 homes across the UK capital, spanning residential communities, student accommodation, commercial workspace and large-scale regeneration projects.
