Service Hero Announces Kuwaits Top Performing Service Providers for 2015

The 16 industry categories that were rated in the 2015 Customer Service Assessment included cafs, casual dining, car service, clothing, electronics, junk food, great dining, home furniture, Islamic Banks, retail banks, ISP, mobile operators, new vehicle sale, personal hospitals, regional Arab airlines and grocery stores. Each industry category was determined by Kuwait's consumers on a ten-point scale throughout eight service dimensions, which are reliability, speed, product quality, personnel quality, value for money, place, call center and website quality.

The table listed below highlights the winner from each market classification, as revealed at the awards event. Eight of the winners are local, 2 are regional and six are global. Based on these findings, regional operators outperform international franchises.

The results are based on a validated dataset of 14,860 records that offer a 95 % self-confidence level with a +/- 3 % mistake margin.
