Seequent to showcase cutting-edge geoscience technologies and mining solutions at Future Minerals Forum 2026

Seequent, the Bentley Subsurface Company, will participate in the fifth edition of the Future Minerals Forum (FMF) 2026, taking place in Riyadh from 13 to 15 January. The company will present its advanced geoscience technologies and mining solutions, underscoring its role in supporting data-driven mineral exploration and the development of the regional mining sector.

Seequent’s participation aligns with its commitment to supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in advancing sustainable mining practices and digital transformation. At FMF 2026, visitors will be able to explore the company’s integrated portfolio of solutions, including MX Deposit, Imago, Leapfrog, the Evo platform, and Oasis Montaj. Together, these tools form a connected digital ecosystem designed to enhance exploration, resource modelling and mining workflows.

The company will also engage with industry leaders, policymakers and global mining stakeholders to discuss the future of mining in the Middle East. As part of the programme, Dr Janina Elliott, Segment Director for Mining at Seequent, will take part in a panel discussion titled “Tackling the Data Challenge in Geological Surveying and Exploration”, focusing on how digital innovation can address data complexity in modern mining projects.

Commenting on the company’s participation, Dr Elliott said that Seequent’s presence at FMF highlights its long-term vision to promote sustainable mining and digital innovation across the Middle East. She noted that the company’s solutions are trusted by nine of the world’s top ten mining companies, reinforcing its position as a global leader in geoscience and data-driven exploration.

Ahead of the forum, Seequent will also host a pre-FMF workshop on 12 January 2026 in partnership with AGC Al Haytham Mining Company, prior to the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the two organisations. The workshop, titled “Unlocking Integrated Workflows – Seequent Solutions for Exploration and Resource Modelling”, will be led by Amjad Alashqar, Regional Manager of Business Development at Seequent. The session will highlight how integrated digital workflows can reduce operational risk, improve decision-making and strengthen collaboration across exploration and mining teams.

With offices in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, Seequent continues to expand its presence across the Middle East, supporting major mining companies and regional giga-projects through its advanced subsurface technologies.
